As some members will know, the society’s storage container on E Field has not been fully secure, or weather-proof, for some time because of a large hole in the roof.
The committee is very pleased to report that this problem has now been solved thanks to the generosity of one of our fellow plotholders, Mr Laki Pittordis.
Laki has applied his expert skills to make us a special steel cover for the hole, as shown in the photograph.

Challenge Network volunteeers 16thNov 2013
Following up on their successful first visit in September the Challenge Network sent along another team of lovely people on Saturday to give us a hand with site maintenance.

All gates will have their locks changed on 1st December 2013.
Please call at the Trading Hut between 10.30 and 11.30 on a Saturday or Sunday, commencing 2 November, to sign for and pick up your new key. If you can’t get to the Hut, please contact us to make alternative arrangements.
